Calibration is structured realignment. Inside this experience, we:

Distinguish conditioning from internal truth and reclaim trust in your own perception

A note from Kathryn
I created Calibration because I have lived the gap between external success and internal truth.
Across business school, corporate leadership, burnout, and reinvention, the pattern was consistent: the systems worked. I could perform. I could win. But without deliberate recalibration, it was easy to confuse effort with worth and ambition with alignment.
What I needed was not motivation.
It was accurate calibration inside high-performance environments.
Calibration exists to provide what I did not have early on:
a regulated, strategic space to examine the systems you are operating inside, trust your own perception, and make aligned moves without self-betrayal.
This work integrates the full range of my training — strategic discipline, somatic intelligence, contemplative practice, and embodied expression — into one structured experience designed for women navigating ambition with integrity.
