When ambition outpaces alignment, even strong teams get stuck.
I help founders and leadership teams slow down just enough to make sound, aligned decisions — without losing momentum.
More about my background on LinkedIn →
A company is growing, but decisions feel fragmented or reactive
Leadership alignment has eroded beneath surface momentum
A strong vision exists, but execution keeps stalling or drifting
Expansion into new categories, partnerships, or markets has raised the stakes
Founders or executives sense that what worked before no longer fits — but the next move isn’t clear
I’m typically brought in when:
My role is to create clarity where complexity has accumulated – and translate that clarity into decisions teams can actually act on.
I bring a combination of strategic rigor and grounded perspective shaped by over a decade of work inside large-scale organizations, consumer brands, and partnership-driven businesses.
Practically, this often looks like:
Clarifying the core narrative driving decisions — and where it’s out of sync with reality
Identifying the few decisions that matter most right now
Pressure-testing strategy against real constraints, not ideal scenarios
Supporting leadership alignment so execution regains coherence
Acting as a thought partner during moments of transition, growth, or recalibration
How I support teams and leaders:

Examples of Past Work
Drop of Sunshine (Global Wine Launch)
Hello Sunshine partnered with Treasury Wine Estates to create its first global wine brand — a chance to extend the company’s storytelling into an entirely new category. As the company lead, I worked closely with all key stakeholders across our media business and with our wine partner, guiding the brand’s development from concept to launch. I oversaw identity and packaging across six varietals, partnered on merchandising, promotional, and global distribution strategy, and liaised across creative, marketing, and experiential teams to bring the brand to life.
The debut at Hello Sunshine’s Shine Away 2024 integrated Drop of Sunshine across content, events, and retail touchpoints. It became a first-of-its-kind extension for the company, blending creativity, community, and commerce into a brand you could share at the table.
As Hello Sunshine’s VP of Licensing, I oversaw The Home Edit’s global consumer products business and led expansion into new categories—including luggage, cleaning, and décor—while managing retail partnerships including Walmart, The Container Store, iDesign, and Ruggable. I guided a cross-functional product development team to translate The Home Edit’s expertise in home organization into lifestyle categories that felt authentic to the brand.
The Home Edit’s product availability has since scaled to more than 40 countries, with standout launches like a travel collection that sold out on day one.
The Home Edit (Licensing & Retail Expansion)
Flower by Drew Barrymore (Celebrity Brand Build)
As Senior Brand Manager in Walmart’s Home division, I partnered directly with Drew Barrymore and Barrymore Brands to develop, launch, and scale the exclusive Flower Home & Kids portfolio across furniture and décor. I supported a 20+ person product development team to bring Drew’s creative vision to life through storytelling, design, and merchandising strategies that resonated with a broad consumer base.
One of the most innovative initiatives was an exclusive made-to-order wall art program, which quickly became a customer favorite and demonstrated how celebrity-led brands could deliver authentic design at scale for Walmart.
